      摘要:
      利用粒子圖像測速儀(PIV) ,對板翅式換熱器封頭結構改進前、后的流場進行了可視化研究分析. 實驗結果表明,原始封頭內部的物流分配存在嚴重的不均勻性,采用添加打孔擋板之后的改進型封頭,流場的不均勻性有了很大的改善. 從實驗對比分析中得出,當擋板小孔呈錯排分布、開孔率沿擋板的中軸線向兩側逐漸增加、且總開孔率達到50 %左右的時候,在相同的入口條件下,不均勻系數由原始封頭的11210 降至01209 ,最大流速與最小流速之比由231163 降至11756. 此研究結果對于板翅式換熱器的優化設計具有重要意義.
      Abstract:
      characteristics of flow field in t he header of a plate2fin heat exchanger were inves2 tigated wit h particle image velocimet ry ( PIV) . It is found t hat the fluid flow maldist ribution is very serious for conventional header while t he improved header configuration wit h p unched baffle can effectively imp rove the performance. When the p unched baffle is proper in lengt h , the small holes are in staggered arrangement and t he p unched ratio gradually increases f rom t he cent ral axis to the boundary along t he baffle lengt h , t he performance of flow dist ribution in t he plate2fin heat exchanger is effectively improved by t he optimum design of header configuration. The flow mald2 ist ribution parameter S decreases f rom 11210 to 01209 and t he ratio of the maximum velocity to
      t he minimum decreases f rom 231163 to 11756.
