      摘要:
      針對電網短路電流越限的問題,提出了計及短路電流限額約束的網架優化模型。采用0-1變量描述可變的網架拓撲,構建離散最優潮流模型。引入描述短路電流的非線性約束條件,將其考慮到離散最優潮流模型當中,使之計及短路電流限額約束;谧杩轨`敏度和斷線近似成本變化,提出求解所提模型的啟發式算法,該算法以阻抗靈敏度最大的線路逐次替換斷線近似成本增加最大的線路為思想,迭代求解所提模型。采用IEEE118系統作為算例對所提模型的實用性和有效性進行驗證,結果表明:相比于商用優化求解器,所提算法在保證求解精度的同時具有較高的求解效率; 網架優化能夠在限制短路電流的同時降低電力系統運行成本。
      Abstract:
      For the over-limit problem of short-circuit current in grid, an optimal transmission switching model considering short-circuit current limitation constraint is proposed.A discrete optimal power flow model is constructed by using binary variables to describe a variable grid topology, and a nonlinear constraint describing the short-circuit current is introduced and is taken into account in the discrete optimal power flow model to consider the short-circuit current limitation constraint.A heuristic algorithm based on impedance sensitivity and cost approximation of switching line is proposed to tackle the model.The algorithm uses the line with the highest impedance sensitivity to gradually replace the line with the biggest cost approximation of switching line, and solves the proposed model by iteration.IEEE118 system is taken as an example to verify the practicability and effectiveness of the proposed model.Compared with commercial solvers, the proposed method has higher efficiency while ensuring the accuracy of solution.The results show that this optimal transmission switching model restrains short-circuit current effectively, and reduces operating cost of power system.
